| 旁路移植静脉段血管壁再狭窄的形态学研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 观察自体静脉旁路移植后移植静脉段的血管壁的变化。新西兰大白兔18只,取右侧颈外静脉旁路移植至同侧颈总动脉为实验组,仅游离左侧颈外静脉为假实验组,正常左侧颈外静脉为正常对照组,术后6周取材光镜下观察、测量、比较各血管段内膜、中膜变化差异,电镜观察细胞形态变化。游离的静脉与正常静脉相比无明显变化(P>0.05);移植静脉段内膜明显增厚(P<0.01)。由此可知,自体静脉旁路移植术后内膜明显增厚,并与移植损伤和局部血流动力学改变密切相关。 |
