刀具工作角度的计算方法——解析法

刀具的切削角度，是刀具在同工件和切削运动相联系的状态下确定的角度，以往求解工作角度采用的是图解法，该文中提出了解析法是从刀具切削刃上某选定点相对于被加工工件的合成运动所构成的空间运动曲线入手，利用数学求导的方法，求得工作角度的计算公式。

The Calculate Method of Cutter Working Angle

Cutting angle is decided at the condition that the cutter is connected with the workpiece and cutting motion. In the past the graphics method was used to find out the working angle. It is difficult to grasp and easily to make errors. In this paper, the analysis method is made from the differential equation of the space curve making up the selected point on the cutter edge related to the workpiece's motion, the formulas for computing cutter angle are derived. The line of thought is clear and the solution is simpler.
