| Abstract: | The 21st century will be a century during which knowledge economy takes the leading position in the international economy. In fact , the competition in the knowledge economy society is the competition of knowledge and technology innovation, and essentially , the competition of innovative talents. We should understand the concepts of " innovation and "innovative talents" clearly. Furthermore, we should consider how to train innovative talents from six aspects: developing good educational environment , forming innovative educational idea, enhancing teachers' own innovative quality , deepening the teaching reform in higher education , bettering the appraisal standard and ways. |
