| 摘 要： | 上市公司购并是上市公司资本运作的一个重要方面.在购并之前,如何对潜在的目标公司进行综合评价,选择合适的目标上市公司,是购并能否成功的一个极为关键的问题.主要讨论了运用层次分析法对目标上市公司进行综合评价的程序及模型,并对该模型的适用性提出了实证分析.

| Abstract: | The Merger & Acquisition is one of important aspects in capital operation of listed company. To general evaluation and therefor properly selection of potential listed company to be merged are key problems to be success. The processing and modeling of how to evaluate the potential listed company to be merged using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP) are mainly discussed. An example to identify the applicability of this process and model is presented. |
