| 摘 要： | 新型工业化是珠江上游地区摆脱欠发达状态、走向繁荣与振兴的必由之路。为此,必须对现有工业进行改造,实现六个根本性转变:必须实现近代工业文明观向现代生态文明观的转变,必须实现资源输出式向资源深加工式转变,必须实现由粗放型增长方式向集约型增长方式的转变,必须实现政府推动型向市场带动型转变,必须实现城乡分离向城乡互动转变,必须实现从条块分割型向条块协同型转变。

| Abstract: | New-type industrialization gets rid of the undeveloped state in the upstream areas of the Zhu Jiang River,moving towards the prosperous and only way revitalized.In order to on the basis,carry on the transformation to the existing industry,we must realize six fundamental transitions:transformation fom the modern industrial civilization view into the modern ecological civilization view;transformation fom the exporting type of resource into deep resource processing type;transformation from the intensive growth way into the extensive growth way;transformation fom the government's promoting type into market the driving type,transformation fom urban areas from rural areas into integratead the urban aseas into the rural areas.transformation fom the separate into integrated barrier. |
