| 摘 要： | 描述了2008年西北太平洋及南海热带气旋的活动特征，对2008年赤道中东太平洋海温和西北太平洋副热带高压特征量进行了分析，同时对2008年的E1Nino，LaNina，南方涛动现象进行了简略的论述，并用500hPa月或候平均环流形势解释了2008年热带气旋登陆早和登陆多的原因，说明500hPa月或候平均环流形势对热带气旋登陆预报有一定的意义．

| Abstract: | Some activity characters of North-western Pacific and South China Sea were described, and the SST in the Middle and East Equatorial Pacific and the North-western Pacific subtropical high were analyzed. At same time, E1 Nino,La Nina and Southern Oscillation in 2008 were discussed briery, and the month-average and pentads-average 500 hPa circulation were used to elucidate the exceptional landing amounts and landing time of tropical cyclone in 2008, which indicated that the mouth-average and pentads-average 500 hPa circulation are very important for the forecasting of tropic cyclone landing. |
