| 摘 要： | 用1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HPMBP)和2种氨基酸酯合成了2个HPMBP缩氨基酸乙酯化合物，采用核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析等方法对配体的结构进行了表征，并对其生物活性进行了测试，结果显示该化合物对革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(S．Aureus)和革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(E．Coli)均有一定的抑制作用． |

| Abstract: | Two new compounds were synthesized with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone and amino acid ethyl ester, and characterized by ~1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary test for bacteriostatic activity showed that the two compounds showed some extent inhibition to (S.Aureus) and E.Coli. |
