| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代西方后现代主义思潮横空出世,与此同时,一个脱胎于传统的部门法学,以协调人与自然关系的已任的环境法学诞生了.后现代主义的缘起与环境法学的诞生在时空上的这种暗相契合标明了它们之间天然地存在着某种内在的关联性,后现代主义与环境法学在世界观与方法论上的交相呼应,构成了学术研究领域一道亮丽的图景.从方法论的角度来探求后现代主义影响下环境法学研究方法之变革,以可阐释传统法学研究方法面临的挑战与重构. |

| Abstract: | By the time of post-modernism' s burgeon in the 1960s, Environmental Law was established as a brand-new discipline. The focus of this new discipline is the relationship of human being and nature. The coincidence of these two tendencies implies that Environmental Law has some inner connection with Post-modernism, therefore they together bring about a brand-new methodology on academic research. This paper discusses the reform on the methodology of Environmental Law given the development background of post-modernism. Furthermore, we explore the challenge and reconstruction of the traditional academic methodology. |
