| Abstract: | Completion of indicators of project quality, safety civilization and progressive effectiveness are complementary and inseparable system engineering. Safe production and civilized construction is essential to survival and development for an enterprise. Safe production is ensured to achieve quality, progress and efficiency. On the contrary, engineering quality, progress, efficiency can not be achieved. |
