微机电系统二维线圈的能量接收性能

摘    要:基于空间两线圈互感及铁磁芯线圈自感的计算方法,对微机电系统能量接收线圈二维正交绕组的接收性能进行了研究,分析了改变接收线圈位置和夹角以及有铁磁芯和无铁磁芯情况对系统耦合系数的影响.通过仿真和实验对理论分析进行验证,发现:二维正交绕组在不同的姿态下均可以得到较好的互补效果,能够防止传输效率过低;铁磁芯可显著增强系统的耦合性能.根据系统微型化的要求,选用合适的电子元器件,对后续整流电路进行了设计,研制了微型整流电路.利用自行设计的微机电系统进行的实验表明,文中设计的二维无线能量传输系统的效率及稳定性可以满足实际需求.

Abstract:Calculations of both the mutual inductance between two air-core coils and the self inductance of a ferrite core coil are introduced. Base on these, power receiving performances of two orthotropic windings in MEMS are studied. Coupling coefficient is calculated under different working conditions, such as different angles, different kinds of cores. The results of simulations and experiments confirm that two orthometric windings can compensate each other effectively at different attitudes and prevent a low efficiency. The results also prove that a ferrite core can enhance coupling ability greatly. Subsequently, a micro rectifying circuit is designed and fabricated which can power a self-made MEMS. The experiments using the self-made MEMS indicate that the efficiency and stability of the present wireless power transmission system can meet practical requirements.
