| 摘 要： | 从建设项目的目标控制理论出发，对各要素之间相互关系进行了比较系统的分析，在其理论思想的指导下，建立了建设项目施工工期与成本动态控制方法，并提出了赢得值定量评价的新思想，使之在市场经济的环境下，透过材料价格等不断变化的随机因素，寻求施工企业管理的内涵。

| Abstract: | According to the goal control theory of the constructive item.a relative systematical analysis was conducted among the elements.Directed by its theory and thouthts,a method of the time limit for project items and cost dynamic control was put forward,and a new thought of the selected value's quantitative evaluation was also brought up.The application could help to find the intension of the constructive management going beyond the continuous changing random elements under the market economic conditions. |
