| 摘 要： | 在诸种审美教育中，音乐本身就具有调节心绪的作用。它能陶冶人的情操，调控人的情绪，甚至在融洽人际关系方面也具有重要的作用。因此在音乐教学中，有意识地对学生的心理素质和心灵进行培养和提高，可形成学生的健康心理，促进学生的全面发展，同时反过来又会促进音乐教学效果的提高。

| Abstract: | In various aesthetic educations, music itself has the role in regulating one's state of mind. Besides, music can mould one's temperament, better one's mood and even improve interpersonal relationships. Therefore, purposefully training and improving students' mentality and nobility in music education can cultivate students' healthy minds and help them grow in an all-round way. Consequently, music education will benefit from all those efforts and results. |
