论中国服务型政府管理模式的建构

建构服务型政府是当今政府管理模式新取向,我国政府也不例外。在西方各国政府改革浪潮的冲击下,出于中国社会发展的现实需要,建构我国服务型政府管理模式显得尤为急迫。由此,本文从服务型政府的内涵分析入手,较为系统地分析我国建构服务型政府管理模式的必要性、亟待解决的体制性问题,进而指出我国建构服务型政府管理模式的路径选择,提出建构服务型政府管理模式的评价标准。
