环境对硅藻的影响及硅藻对环境的监测

摘    要:概述了水体中流速、温度、盐度、pH值、营养水平等环境因素和S i,N,P,Fe,K,Ca,C l等营养元素对硅藻种类、生长、分布的影响。在水体流速较快的区域,硅藻丰度小,底栖硅藻所占的比例大,反之,硅藻丰度大,浮游硅藻稍占优势。水温不但会影响硅藻的生长和呼吸速率,而且还会影响氧的溶解度。硅是硅藻生长发育的必要元素,除作为细胞壁结构成分外,还参与光合色素合成、蛋白质合成、DNA合成和细胞分裂等多种代谢和生长过程;磷在细胞碳、氮代谢中起重要作用;钙不仅能促进硅藻生长,而且能抵抗各种金属的毒性,起到维持细胞膜的作用;氯能抑制硅藻细胞中碳酸酐酶的活性。铁是硅藻生长必需的营养元素,是硅藻细胞内某些氧化还原载体和辅酶的组成成分;钾是某些酶系统的活化剂,能保持酶的活性。同时,还探讨了硅藻在环境监测中的作用。

Abstract:The paper summaries that the species,growth and distribution of diatom are affected in water by velocity of flow,temperature,salinity,pH,nutrition and by the elements of Si,N,P,Fe,K,Ca and Cl.When the velocity of flow is quick,the diatom is rare and the ratio of benthic diatoms is relatively high.On the contrast,the ratio of diatom is high and the plankton diatom is relatively abundant.The water temperature not only affects the growth and velocity of respiration of diatom but also solubility of oxygen.Si is the essential element for growth and development of diatom,and plays an important role in the construction of cell wall,in the formation of pigment,protein and DNA as well as in the process of cell division.P has an important effect on the metabolism of carbon and nitrogen.Ca can resist toxicity of metal to keep the function of cell membrane.Cl can restrain the action of carbonic anhydrase.Fe is the carrier of oxidation and deoxidization as well as the composition of coenzyme.K has an effect on activity of enzyme.The paper also discusses the diatom's function in indicating environment.
