| 摘 要： | 大丰市作为江苏省三峡外迁移民安置工作的试点地区，在采取置换安置模式安置移民方面取得了一定的成功，但同时，也应清醒地认识到置换安置模式容易受到旧房、土地、资金等资源的制约，需要地方政府从科学规划、主动协调、加强管理、积极开发投资性资源等方面继续完善这一新型模式，更好地服务三峡外迁移民。
