| 摘 要： | 资金的匮乏使国内众多高校图书馆都面临着需增加图书资料而经费短缺的矛盾。要更好地发挥现有图书的效益，就必须提高图书的使用效率。从建立图书借阅信用档案以提高图书使用效率的角度，探讨了图书借阅信用档案的建设及其系统开发问题。

| Abstract: | The shortage of the funds makes numerous university libraries in China face the contradiction between the increase of the demand for the books and reference materials and the lack of the appropriation. In order to give full play to the benefit of the existing books must increase the service efficiency of the books. This paper probes into the construction of library's book-loaning credit record and its system development from the angle of increasing the service efficiency of the books. |
