| 摘 要： | 要提高企业的管理水平，除了形成一套严格规范的制度管理以外，还必须运用道德手段进行管理，即以德治企。以德治企就是把企业所需的伦理道德观念尤其是企业精神，通过一定的手段内化于员工的思想之中，并支配其行动。
