| 摘 要： | 采用“要素—准则—度量指标”的层次模型，开发了软件质量综合评价系统，提出了办公自动化应用软件的评价模型以及各要素、准则的权值，介绍了该评价系统的整体结构。

| Abstract: | We adopted the Factor-Criteria-Metric hierarchical model, and developed the software qua1ity comprehensive evaluation system. In this paper, the evaluation model of office automation application software and weighted values of factors and criteria are proposed, and the evaluation system structure is introduced. |
