水平井钻柱摩阻力和摩阻力矩的计算

摘    要:针对水平井的特点,提出对钻柱摩阻分段计算的方法,即对底部钻具组合(BHA)段,采用纵横弯曲梁理论计算摩阻;对BHA以上井段,用微单元力平衡分析法具体分析钻柱的受力,给出不同工况下水平井摩阻力计算的简化条件。探讨了泥浆粘滞力的计算公式和钻柱刚性效应的影响。在安塞油田、大港油田多口井的应用表明,在局部弯曲井段,钻柱的刚性对摩阻力有明显的影响;泥浆的粘滞力对摩阻力有一定的影响,所建模型与现场试验结果符合较好,能够为现场施工设计提供重要数据。

Abstract:A new method for seperately calculating torque and drag of drill string in horizontal wells is presented. The torque and drag in BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) section and remainder of the drillstring are calculated separately.The beam-column theory was applied to calculate the torque and drag in BHA section,and the mini-element analysis was used in uper BHA section.Simplified conditions for different cases were given. The computation model of the torque and drag resulted from drilling fluid was developed.Field examples indicated that the method and model can be applied routinely.
