论五行学说之成立

五行学说之成立是中国哲学史研究中的重要问题。五行学说成立的标志是五行与阴阳思想相融合，亦即成功解决“五行”与“四时”相配的问题。数十年来，关于这一问题的研究主要有三条进路：王梦鸥发掘的“四时”五分以配“五行”虽然理论上精致，不过难以付诸实践，终归湮灭；庞朴抉发的“尚土说”影响较大，可惜完全基于对史料的误解；只有徐复观之说在逻辑与文献两方面都较为合理，且两者配合无间，是以可信。

On the Establishment of Five Elements Theory

In this paper, the establishment of Five Elements Theory, one of the important issues in the history of Chinese philosophy is to be discussed by logic inference and deduction, as well as literature and textual study.Gu Jiegang once differentiated“Five Elements Ideology” from“Five Elements Theory”.As a result, the establishment of Five Elements Theory marks the integration of Five Elements ideology and Yin-Yang ideology, which successfully solves the match problem between Five Elements and Four Seasons.Over the past decade, there are mainly three accesses to the study.Wang Mengou divided“Four Seasons” into five parts, which, exquisite as it were, finally witnessed its disappearance due to its impracticability.On the other hand, Pang Pu＇s exploration on Shangtu Theory, though quite influential at that time, is completely a misunderstanding of the historical materials.It is Xue; Fuguan＇s view that proves to be reliable from the perspective of both logic and literature in a perfect-match manner.
