| 摘 要： | 关于发酵液的发酵单位检测、总亿计算,由于检测和计算方法不同而产生差异。将发酵液直接稀释不同倍数后进行检测,从而确定一个较合适的稀释倍数为500,并据此计算总亿和产率。

| Abstract: | The assay results of the fermentation concentration and output of fermentation broth are different with different methods of assay and calculation. The fermentation broth is assayed by diluting it to different multiple, and a more appropriate desaturation multiple: 500 was determined for calculating the output and yield. |
