Research on ICU emergency aided decision system

The present situation of the critical care medicine in our country and the importance of designing ICU emergency aided decision system are firstly analyzed in this paper. With the complexity of ICU medical background taken into account, characteristics of ICU emergency aided decision system and the scheme is expounded. Based on this, main modules of the system are proposed. Then a multilevel knowledge model is given in virtue of object oriented technology, and a reasoning mechanism integrated RBR (rule based reasoning) and evidential reasoning(ER) with CBR (case based reasoning) are put forward highlighting real time diagnosis in view of epistemology. In the end, an object oriented blackboard integrated model is put forward. Based on this analysis, the initial system frame is realized. The result shows that taking the model in ICU medical aided diagnosis is feasible.
