商务网站信息生态化程度评价研究

摘    要:对网站进行评价有助于发现网站存在的问题,改进网站建设。该文以亚马逊网站为例,从信息生态的视角,运用粗糙集和条件信息熵方法,构建商务网站的评价指标体系,并基于用户感知,使用模糊综合的方法对网站进行具体评价。研究结果表明,亚马逊网站具有较好的生态性,但同时该网站在"信息人"、"信息环境"等维度下的指标也存在着一定改善空间。

Abstract:The evaluation can help to find the problems of the website and improve the construction. Taking Amazon. cn as an example, from the perspective of information ecology, we use the method of rough set and conditional information entropy to build evaluation index system, and use fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the website specifically based on user perception. The results show that the website of Amazon has good ecosystem, but at the same time, there are also some indexes need to be improved, especially in the dimensions of "information man" and "information environment".
