小波图像增强的乳腺图像钙化点检测方法

摘    要:为实现数字乳腺图像中钙化点的自动检测,提出一种利用小波变换实现乳腺图像增强从而抑制背景,凸出钙化点的检测方法.首先对乳腺图像进行预处理提取出乳腺区域,采用方形网格覆盖乳腺区并分割出感兴趣区域(ROI),对ROI进行小波图像增强,使钙化点与背景明显的区分开来,然后采用Top-Hat算法实现钙化点的自动检测.MATLAB仿真实验结果表明,用小波变换方法增强乳腺图像,能够很好地区分图像中的钙化点与背景,基于Top-Hat算法的钙化点自动检测方法能够有效的检测出图像中的钙化区.
