水电机组摆度振动监测仪的稳定性及可靠性研究

摘    要:从电厂设备安全运行的角度而言,对发电机组的振动监测是很重要的.但是,以前我国水电厂用于现场在线运行的振动监测仪长期运行的稳定性及可靠性问题没有完全解决.针对水电厂需要而研制的第一台摆度振动监测仪BZJ于1987年年底在广东某水电厂投入运行以来,已无故障地在现场在线运行五年多了.本文对该仪器的稳定性及可靠性问题进行了分析讨论.

Abstract:The principle of a swing-vibrating monitor for the hydroelectric generating set is described, with emphasis on its stability and reliability. Good stability has been obtained owing to the use of the difference principle and the influenucs of interference on measuring results were compensated for each other. For those parameters appearing in the measuring equation, highly stable devices have been used as a countermeasure. For the purpose of improving the reliability, the monitor is based on a highly integrated single-chip computer, and necessary protective means has been provided to guard against any possible maloperation. The alarming device is also carefully designed.
