| 摘 要： | 步进电机由于应用场合的不同,其建模的方法有所不同。针对大转动惯量负载的快速启动和停止的运动控制,从步进电机模型入手,通过简化Leenhouts电路模型、引入驱动电路模型和动力学方程,建立了步进电机开环单节拍运动控制的分析方法。利用数学工具Mathcad实现建模,分析计算已知条件下电机运动控制的开环控制时间节拍,并给出了电磁转矩、角加速度、角速度和机械角度的仿真曲线。
