摘    要:
本文设计制作了一种静电复印技术中使用的新型感光体a—C:H/a—Se合金/Al.它是在硒感光体上沉积一层含氢非晶碳(a—C:H)而制成的。非晶碳膜的硬度高(显微硬度可达3000Kg/mm~2以上),化学惰性高,能抵抗强酸、强碱和许多有机溶剂的侵蚀,无毒等。a—C:H膜覆盖在硒感光体上既保持了硒感光体的优良的电摄影性能,又可大大增加硬度和耐磨性,延长使用寿命。

Abstract:
In this paper, a kind of new photoreceptor a-C: H/a-Se alloy/A1 hasbeen designed. New photoreceptor was fabricated by depositing hydrogenated amorphous Carbon (a-C: H) film on amorphious Selenium (a-Se)photoreceptor. Amorphous hydrogenated Carbon has some unusual charace-teristics: very high hardness (Its microhardness might be over 3000Kg/mm~2in Vickers hardness), high dielectric strength, high chemical inertnesstowards strong acids, bases and some organic solvents, no poison, etc. Itcan increase the hardness and wear-resistance of Selenium alloy photore-ceptor, and prolong its utilization.
