| 摘 要： | 目的:研究紫红狼牙菜的抗炎作用。方法:观察紫红漳牙莱对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症及醋酸诱发小鼠血管通透性增高的抗炎效果。结果:紫红掉牙莱对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用(P<0.01,0.05),对醋酸所致小鼠血管通透性增加有抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:紫红獐牙菜有一定的抗炎作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study of the anti-inflammatory action of Swertia Punicea through animal experiments.Methods:Swertia Punicea was administrated to the mouse.To observe the effect on auricular inflammation of mouse caused by xylene and increscent permeability of blood vessel of mouse caused by acetic acid.Results: Swertia Punicea possessed marked inhibition effect auricular inflammation of mouse caused by xylene and improved permeability of blood vessel of mouse caused by acetic acid.Conclusion: Swertia Punicea has significant anti-inflammatory effect. |
