气固分离机转子动力稳定性设计

摘    要:气团分离机都有一个速度可调的带叶片的转子,其转子轴的设计、除了考虑强度与刚度条件以外,还应当考虑它的动力稳定性,本文从转子运动微分方程入手,对转子进行涡动分析,获得保证其动力稳定的第一临界转速极限值。根据此理论设计的转子已用于生产实际。

Abstract:In gas-solid Separator revolution of the runner with vanes is adjustable. When the axle of the runner being design. we not only ought to considered its strength and stiffness,but ought to considered its power-stabilization.At the beginning differential equation of the runner motion be analyzed. Then worm motion of the runner be znalyzed,the papers get out limited value of first critical revolution,Separators which be designed applying this theory already are running with safety.
