摘    要:主要介绍了正在研究和开发的,支持复杂虚拟样机工程的项目管理系统COSIM-PM。COSIM-PM是虚拟样机支撑平台系统COSIM1]中的重要组成部分,其特点是以多约束、多目标条件下进度/资源的管理与优化技术为核心,通过对人员/团队、时间进度、资源成本的计划、控制、跟踪、优化,支持复杂产品虚拟样机工程全生命周期管理和开发。给出COSIM-PM的系统结构、关键技术,详细的论述了资源优化中的资源均衡优化算法,概要的说明了虚拟样机工程中项目管理与工作流的关系和集成方式,介绍了COSIM-PM的典型应用。

Abstract:The basic research of project management system, COSIM-PM is introduced, which supports the complex virtual prototype engineering. As one important part of the virtual prototype engineering supporting platform COSIM1],COSIM-PM takes the management and optimization for multi-constrained scheduling and resource planning as its core technology and realizes the overall lifecycle management of complex virtual prototype engineering through planning,controlling, tracking and optimization for personnel/group, scheduling, resource and cost respectively. The structure and typical techniques of COSIM-PM were put forward, and a res-proportion optimization algorithm was discussed in detail. The relation and the integration of COSIM-PM and workflow were summarily presented, and the typical application of COSIM-PM was introduced.
