| 摘 要： | 建立了以外部和内部创新动力为二级分指标的企业技术创新动力评价指标体系;采用基于格栅获取法的模糊Borda数分析法对各评价指标赋权,突出了各指标重要程度的优序关系;利用主成分投影法对我国某行业31家大中型企业的技术创新动力进行了评价与分析,经验证,评价结果与实际情况基本相符。

| Abstract: | The paper builds up evaluation index system which is based on enterprise's techno-innovation dynamics,which concerns its external and internal aspects as its second index.By rendering the weight of every evaluation index through the application of grid method and fuzzy borda number analytical method,it stresses the relationship of sequential priority concerning the importance of every index.The paper also proceeds its evaluation and analysis through carrying out demonstrative analysis by choosing enterprises of a certain industry,which are comprised of 31 large and medium sized groups.The testing result shows that the evaluation result is basically in accordance with the factual situation. |
