摘    要:采用LabVIEW作为软件开发平台,建立基于虚拟仪器的弧焊电参数检测分析系统.以CO2气体保护焊为研究对象,对焊接电流和电弧电压进行采集,采用数据统计和频域分析等数据处理方法,从不同的焊接规范中提取了弧焊特征参数.实验结果表明:所开发的虚拟仪器具有良好的实时性、方便的可扩展性和较强的数据分析功能,为焊接质量的判断提供了有效的分析依据.

Abstract:A detection and analysis system of arc welding electric parameters based on virtual instrument by means of virtual instrument graphics language of LabVIEW was designed.It can be used to analyze and process the welding current and voltage data for CO_2 arc welding.Through a series of statistical and frequency domain analysis,characteristic parameters were picked up from various welding conditions.The experimental results show that the developed virtual instrument has characteristics of good real-time,easy expansibility and ability of welding parameters analysis.It can offer useful reference for judging welding quality.
