电喷雾质谱研究谷胱甘肽与B族维生素的非共价复合物

摘    要:为了研究谷胱甘肽与水溶性B族维生素的相互作用,采用电喷雾质谱结合紫外光谱,研究具有重要生理功能的谷胱甘肽与B族维生素形成的非共价复合物,B族维生素包括维生素B1(硫胺素),维生素B2(核黄素)和维生素B3(烟酰胺).非共价复合物的合成是将B族维生素和谷胱甘肽按一定化学计量比混合,然后在室温和pH 6~8条件下,将混合物在培养箱内培育60 min,使反应完全.电喷雾质谱表明谷胱甘肽可以与B族维生素形成非共价复合物.串级质谱中的碰撞诱导解离(CID)和紫外光谱进一步确认非共价复合物的生成.

Abstract:To investigate the non-covalent interaction between glutathione and Vitamin B,a stoichiometry of reduced glutathione and three Vitamins,including Vitamin B1(thiamine),Vitamin B2(riboflavin),and Vitamin B3(nicotinamide) were mixed respectively,and then incubated at room temperature for 60min to reach the equilibrium.The electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) results indicated that glutathione and three Vitamin B could form non-covalent complexes with all the three vitamins in physiological pH cond...
