切削温度的理论计算

摘    要:金属切削加工中,切削热与切削温度是一重要的物理现象,切削温度及其分布直接影响刀具磨损和工件的加工精度及表面质量.本文采用了一种切削温度的计算方法,并通过切削试验对该方法进行了验证.结果表明,在干切条件下,该方法计算的切削温度与试验测得的切削温度吻合较好.
