| 摘 要： | 论述了菌肥的特性，述评了现行微生物肥料标准，提出了《成品技术指标》未能全面、可靠、有效地评价、控制菌肥质量的初步见解，从而对菌肥质量管理体制提出了成立“国家肥料农药监督管理局”的建议。
