摘    要:针对高超音速导弹的关键部件——天线罩的设计与制备中的部分问题进行了评述与分析。介绍了天线罩的基本功能与电气参数;分析了当今常用的材料体系的优劣并指出了高温透波材料的发展方向;指出了天线罩成型工艺的关键性,研究了天线罩电气厚度误差与结构厚度误差及介电常数误差的关系,论述了精加工校正的必要性与可行性;分析了天线罩在高速飞行中的应力情况和结构设计的基本原则;归纳了天线罩烧蚀的影响及烧蚀机理研究中的注意事项;介绍了天线罩整体性能评价的方法。

Abstract:Several key technologies of hypersonic missile radomes are summarized and narrated. The basic functions and electric parameters of radomes are introduced; the advantages and disadvantages of present radome materials are estimated, and the future direction for high temperature wave-transparent materials is indicated. The importance of molding techniques is explained. The mathematic relations among the alteration of electrical thickness and that of dielectric constant and geometrical thickness are studied. The feasibility and necessary of adjustment by finish machining are discussed; the stress endured when aviating at a high speed and the designing principle of structure are analyzed; the effects of ablation in studying the mechanism of ablation are detailed and concluded, and the methods of evaluating the general performances of radomes are introduced.
