摘    要:采用真空中频感应熔炼技术制备了Mn-Cu-Al阻尼合金,经840℃×0.5 h固溶处理后按不同温度、时间进行时效热处理,借助相关仪器分析了时效工艺对锻态Mn-Cu-Al合金的阻尼性能与力学性能的影响.结果表明,Mn-Cu-Al合金在时效过程中发生调幅分解形成了局部富Mn区,冷却后获得马氏体孪晶,且随时效保温温度提高与时间的延长,硬度逐渐增大,阻尼性能先增加后减小,在430℃保温1 h,Mn-Cu-Al合金阻尼性能最佳.

Abstract:The Mn-Cu-Al damping alloy was prepared by vacuum medium frequency induction melting. After solution treatment at 840 ℃ for 0. 5 h,aging heat treatment was conducted at different temperatures for different periods of time. The influence of aging process on damping and mechanical properties of Mn-Cu-Al alloy was studied by means of inverted torsion pendulum internal friction instrument,X-Ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscope. The results show that Mn-Cu-Al alloy generates local Mn-rich region after amplitude modulation decomposition in aging process,and martensite twins are obtained by cooling. Moreover,with the aging temperature increase and time extension,the hardness gradually increases,and the damping performance increases first and then decreases,and the alloy damping performance reaches its best at 430 ℃ for 1 h.
