| 摘 要： | 高校是向社会提供教育服务产品的组织，质量管理既是高校学科、专业、课程建设的基础，又是其健康发展的保障。在高校实现管理创新，提高办学质量的过程中，可以借鉴或引入ISO9000系列标准，通过建立学校的质量管理体系，构建一个新型而有效的管理机制，建立现代学校管理制度。
