| 摘 要： | 循环经济与新农村建设两者在内涵、目标等方面存在着深层的作用机理和影响方式,在新农村建设背景下对循环经济发展水平进行测量和评价是一个新的研究视角,也是目前研究工作比较薄弱的领域.通过构建新农村建设中循环经济发展指标体系,建立评价模型,计算出四川省1997～2005年农村循环经济发展水平,并得出相关结果和结论.
