石墨烯及其衍生物在生物医药领域的研究进展

摘    要:综述了石墨烯及其衍生物氧化石墨烯和功能化石墨烯的结构特性、生物学特性,以及其在生物传感器、药物载体、光线疗法、生物成像和组织工程材料等生物医药方面的研究进展.结果表明:石墨烯及其衍生物特殊的结构、优异的性能为疾病诊断及临床用药提供新的可能,在生物医药方面具有很大的应用前景.

Abstract:In this paper, we reviewed graphene and its derivatives, oxide-graphene and functionalized-graphene, including their structures, biological characteristics, and applications in biomedicine fields such as biosensors, drug carrier, light therapy, biological imaging, tissue engineering materials, and so on. The results shows that graphene and its derivatives have special structure and outstanding performance to provide new possibilities for disease diagnosis and clinical medicine, even have great application prospects in biomedicine.
