Abstract:Using Concentrated fresh Rosa roxburghii Tratt juice and fresh milk as major ingredients and some beverage additives, by scientific procedures, we produced a nutritional: non-fermentated and sour milk bererage. It is tasted of strong milk fragrance and special Rosa roxburghii Tratt flavour.
