| 摘 要： | 用湿法由玉米淀粉和酸式磷酸盐制取淀粉磷酸单酯。探讨了淀粉浓度、磷酸盐的用量、ｐＨ值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产物取代度的影响，确定了最佳的反应条件，淀粉磷酸单酯的取代度可达０．１８４。
