淀粉磷酸单酯的合成研究

摘    要:用湿法由玉米淀粉和酸式磷酸盐制取淀粉磷酸单酯。探讨了淀粉浓度、磷酸盐的用量、pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产物取代度的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件,淀粉磷酸单酯的取代度可达0.184。

Abstract:Starch phosphate monoester is prepared through the reaction of maije starch with phosphate by wet process. The factors that determining the substitution degree of product have been investigated and the optimun reaction conditions have been made. The substitution degree of product is 0.184.
