SiC纳米线改性环氧树脂研究

摘    要:实验以SiC纳米线为增强剂,利用回流法将偶联剂KH-550嫁接在SiC表面,进而使SiC粒子更好地分散在环氧树脂中.通过对复合材料拉伸强度的测试和断裂面形貌的分析,探讨了复合材料的增韧机理.实验结果表明:纳米SiC可提高环氧树脂的机械性能,而经过表面接枝处理的纳米SiC填充复合材料的抗拉伸等性能显著改善.同时在耐腐蚀测试中,由于偶联剂影响了复合材料的性质,使不同的复合材料在酸碱条件下优势各不相同.

Abstract:The performance of epoxy resin was increased by using SiC nanowires as reinforcement.The experiments was used reflux method to graft coupling agent KH-550 on the surface in order to change the external structure and properties of SiC nanowires,that made them more easy to disperse in the epoxy resin.The toughening mechanism was studied by tensile test and analysis of fracture profile of SiC/EP composite materials.The experimental results shown that silicon carbide-particles could improve the tensile properti...
