该文对经典的经济批量模型从拓宽适应范围和得新设置费用项目两个方面进行了改进，建立了更加切合社会主义市场经济条件下生产与流通领域实际的新模型。并讨论了ＳＤＥＯＱ模型的最优性，获得其局部最优解与全局最优解。

EOQ Models Concerning the Questions of Permissible Shortage and Quantity Discount

With a study of the improvement on the broadening of sphere of application and the re establishment of cost project,the paper presents a new SDEOQ model that is more suitable to the practices in the area of production and circulation under the conditions of socialist market economy and a discussion about the optimality of SDEOQ model with both its partial and whole optimal solutions being achieved.
