摘    要:本文以推广了的Jacobson方法在小电流的假设下导出了SINIS势阱结的电流-位相关系。在所谓临界厚度下它退化为通常的正弦函数关系,其临界电流对温度和结区厚度的依赖关系兼有了SIS和SNS结的某些重要性质。由于该结有较好的耦合能力,故可期望替代SNS结做某些实际应用。

Abstract:The DC Josephson effect of the SINIS junction with double barrier is derived by using the improved Jacbson method.on the assumption of the small current the current-phase relation is obtained.On the socalled critical thickness it becomes sinusoidal and the dependence of its ctitical current on the gap thicknesses and temperature is discussed,compared with SIS and SNS junctions.
