声发射技术检测金属胶接结构性能探讨

摘    要:介绍了声发射检测的基本原理,提出了用声发射技术检测金属胶接结构的两种实验方法,并对实验结果进行了分析结果表明:声发射技术是检测金属胶接结构的有效方法,声信号的幅度分布及发生次数与胶接结构性能有密切关系

Abstract:The principle of acoustic emission (AE) testing is introduced. Two kinds of testing manner is presented to inspect the properties of metal adhesive-bonded structure. It is shown that AE technique is an effective method and pointed out that range distribution of AE signal as well as the number of times is closely related to the properties of metal adhesive bonded structure.
