| 摘 要： | 银行信贷资金在公路建设中占有较高比重,因而面临较大的还贷风险.文章指出,优化公路资源配置,完善项目决策机制,拓宽项目融资渠道,建立债务风险预警系统,完善“统贷统还”政策,加强收支监管等措施,可以有效防范收费还贷公路的信贷风险.

| Abstract: | The funds of bank credit loan account for high proportion in road construction, therefore facing larger risk of returning loan. This paper points out that it can take effective precautions against the risk of the credit loan in toll-road through optimizing the resources distribution of road, perfecting the system of project decision-making, widening channels of project financing, establishing precaution system of debt's risk, perfecting the policy of “the government unify the loan and refund in unison” and strengthening the supervision of revenue and expenditure. |
