| 摘 要： | 图书馆员结合工作开展科研活动的投入成本低,却能够提升图书馆的服务水平、提高图书馆员的素质;但图书馆科研工作中存在虚假繁荣,其根本原因在于现行的职称管理体制。要解决这个问题,就必须将职称与岗位直接挂钩。

The settlement of this problem is to link academic title with post directly. |
