摘    要:为解决高速走丝电火花线切割机床加工空间曲面的难题,采用工件运动而电极丝保持垂直的方式是个很好的加工办法。本文介绍了五轴联动线切割加工系统结构特点和工作原理,运用三维造型软件Pro/E对加工系统的核心部件转摆摆工作台的零部件进行建模并完成装配,通过Mechanism/Pro接口程序导入Adams中建立了虚拟样机;进行了运动特性仿真,得出工作台运动关键点的速度、加速度和位移曲线。仿真结果表明,机构设计方案能够满足工程实际,为试验样机的设计提供了重要参考。探索出一条利用现有设备辅以研制的附加装置加工复杂曲面的新途径。

Abstract:In machining Spatial Curved Surface(SCS) with Numeric Control Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machining with High Speed (NC-WEDM-HS), it is a good practice to move the table while keeping the wire tool vertically still. The structure characteristics and the work principle of a five axis machining system in WEDM-HS are discussed. The components of the Rotary Table with Two Sways (RTTS) are modeled and assembled with the 3D modeling software Pro/E. The virtual prototype is designed by translating the designed models to the Adams with the Mechanism/Pro interface program. A simulation of kinematic characteristics is carried out and the displacement, velocity and acceleration test curves of the key point of the RTTS are obtained. The simulation results show that the structural design of RTTS can satisfy the requirements of engineering applications and provide a basis for the test prototype of the RTTS, and in exploring new approaches for machining SCS parts with the NC-WEDM-HS and the RTTS.
