煤中矿物质在煤气化反应中的作用

摘    要:本文用热重分析法研究了各种煤焦在水蒸汽或H2O/H2混合气氛中的气化反应 性及动力学参数,并对煤焦中矿物质组成进行了分析。结果表明:褐煤焦反应性明显 大于烟煤焦或无烟煤焦的反应性,而脱除矿物质后煤焦反应性随煤化度提高呈平缓的 线性下降。矿物质的脱除,对于褐煤焦表观活化能提高,而对于无烟煤焦表观活化能 降低。同时发现:矿物质中Ca组分是起催化作用的主要组分,尤其对褐煤焦,Fe组 分只在 H2O/H2混合气氛中气化才表现出较强的催化作用;而Al组分则起负作用。

Abstract:The reactivity and kinetics parameters of various coal-char gasification with steam or steam/H2 mixture have been studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis, and the mineral components of chars have been analysed. Experimental results show that the reactivity of lignite chars is much greater than that of bit- uminous chars or anthracite chars, but the reactivity of demineralized coal chars decreases slowly in line with increasing of coal rank. Because of demineralization, the apparent activated energy for lignite char increases, while the apparent acti- anthracite char in the steam gasification decreases. Meanwhile it is found that Ca vated energy for in the char minerals is main catalytic component, especially for lignite char gasification,and Fe has greater catalytic effect only in the gasification. with steam/H2 mixture, but Al possesses negative effect in the char gasification.
